PCA and The Mount Vernon Company are collaborating to develop a light industrial site into an upscale residential community along the Allston/Brookline border. Catering to a hip, young, professional demographic, the proposed 76,000 SF development will consist of 79 one- and two-bedroom loft-style apartment units complete with parking, a fitness center, and a unique outdoor amenity space for residents to socialize.

The proposed LEED Silver certified community is scheduled to open its doors in 2013.
