PCA is partnering with WS Development and National Development to transform a 68-acre golf course in Lynnfield, Massachusetts into a new shopping, dining, and living experience.

Now in design development, the project will compliment the golf course with 200,000 square feet of eclectic, pedestrian-friendly retail and restaurants anchored by Whole Foods Market. Several acres of permanent open space and a senior housing community will complete the program, creating a multi-use place for people of all ages.
