We recently introduced an Employee Stock Ownership Plan which makes every employee of the firm also a part owner. This program is an expression of our collaborative office culture... a place where all team members have both a literal and figurative investment in the growth and well-being of the office. Implemented in December of 2006, the ESOP is part of each employee's benefits package.
