The Rhode Island Historic Preservation Commission recently honored PCA with a State Preservation Award for the Rumford Center, a newly-opened 271,000 SF revitalization of a historic mill complex in East Providence.
The project thoughtfully transformed a brownfield industrial site and 10 historic but underused buildings into modern retail, commercial, and residential spaces.
