| Eric is interested in the dynamics of the creative process, as its success is ultimately dependent on the quality of human relationships. He has been with PCA since 1993 and was promoted to principal in the fall of 2002. He is presently leading PCA's team on Legacy Place, a 43 acre retail lifestyle center for W/S Development and is managing multiple projects for Lesley and Northeastern Universities. Eric is also charged with finding and hiring talent, looking to build the best staff possible at PCA. |
