David is a leading force in realizing PCA's mission of building "places" that enlighten and enrich people's lives. He is a thoughtful protagonist for the "24 hour city", and has brought that passion to urban projects with community involvement.

David has been practicing Architecture, Interiors and Urban Design for more than 25 years. His experience includes master planning, mixed-use Urban Villages and Town Centers, the design of Commercial and Retail developments, Housing, Educational/Academic buildings, and Urban redevelopment projects. He has programmed and designed Interior Architecture for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients as well as a number of very successful entrepreneurs.
