Challenge
Transform a light commercial site into a residential community of chic, stylish, loft-like apartments catering to a young professional demographic.

Solution
The design features large loft-like windows set in a masonry, wood, and metal-panel skin which work together to break down the perceived scale of the building. The vibrant lobby, fitness center and landscaped outdoor space overlooking an infinity edge pool and fire pit will provide inviting communal spaces for residents of the building’s 79 one-and two-bedroom units.
