We bring a sustainable focus to each of our projects, understanding that sustainable design benefits both our clients and our environment. Our recently completed project, Port Landing, has achieved LEED Gold. Port Landing is an affordable housing development in the heart of Kendall Square that provides sustainable housing for many community families, including a family of 5 that was displaced in last December’s 10-alarm fire.
For us, sustainability and creative design go hand in hand. Many of our projects on the boards are aiming to achieve LEED certification, including Serenity Apartments in Jamaica Plain, Washington Place in Newtonville, 530 Western Avenue in Allston, and 384 Harvard Street in Brookline.
