The 2nd annual PCA Studio Decorating Contest has wrapped up, and results are in! This year, PCA staff took a cinematic approach to the holidays, decorating studios with themes from the big and small screens. The Cambridge Studio took home top honors with their reenactment of the Polar Express, complete with a steaming train and conductor. They received the award for Best Full Sensory Experience, calling everyone all-aboard to the North Pole.
The remaining studios kept up the silver-screen theme. Hampshire Studio decorated from floor to ceiling, creating a new Episode of Star Wars right here at PCA. Inman Studio got creepy with an 80’s throwback reminiscent of Stranger Things. Prospect Studio told the whole story of Elf, with Steve Bryson playing the male lead of Buddy. Beacon Studio became The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, collecting a pile of pilfered items from the other studios. Despite this, they didn’t stop the holiday spirit from coming! IT CAME! Somehow or other, it came just the same!
