We are very proud of PCA runners Eliane Brogle, DiAnn Mroszczak and Frank Smith, with Rob Krauser as van-driver, and their stand-out performance as part of the Shark Bait team in this year’s arduous Ragnar Relay Race across Cape Cod. As part of a corporate team of 12 with two vans, the team completed the 192-mile relay race against a line-up that included many world class runners, finishing 182nd out of 456.
Running from Hull to Provincetown, Mass, each runner had 3 legs ranging from 3-11 miles per leg, running from Friday May 11 at 10:00 am to Saturday May 12th at 2:00 pm straight through the day and night to the finish line at the Pilgrim Monument in P’Town. Two vans, decked out with LED lights, crayon drawings, and the team’s inflatable shark mascot “Bruce”, ferried the racers along the route.
This was a fabulous finish for an amateur team….a fun and challenging experience for all…..these Sharks are tough!! Want to learn more about Ragnar Relay? Click HERE….
