PCA’s design for the expansion of the Golda Meir House in Newton has gained enthusiastic support from the community including a recommendation for $3.25M in CPA (Community Preservation Act) funding from the city. The design adds 69 units to the existing 199-unit supportive senior community with 59 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units, including 9 units for chronically homeless individuals; a wellness clinic; and 23 additional parking spaces for a total of 113 spaces.
