Promotions at PCA

PCA is very pleased to announce a number of promotions in the office:

Laura Homich, AIA, LEED AP BD+C – promoted to Principal
A key member of PCA for the past 13 years, Laura leads some of the firms most high-profile projects from multifamily housing to retail and complex mixed-use developments while also leading PCA’s sustainability and mentoring efforts, encouraging the growth and professional development of designers at the firm. She excels at achieving consensus, spearheading complex approval processes and facilitating community contributions to the design. Laura contributes heavily to PCA’s culture and growth, implementing new communications and processes to keep the firm’s dynamic and collaborative spirit alive and well.

Leslie Simpson, PHR – promoted to Senior Associate
Leslie has made a major impact on life at PCA. From organizing informational workshops, to negotiating for strong healthcare coverage and organizing social events, she is highly effective at building trust on all levels, helping Management create a supportive and collegial environment for everyone.

Frank Smith, AIA – promoted to Associate
Frank has become an integral member of PCA, pushing us to new horizons in Virtual Reality and rendering output that create seamless visions for our clients. He brings a diverse background in psychology, business and construction to the process of design and management, finding imaginative, goal-based solutions to project challenges along the way.

Steve Banning, AIA, LEED AP BD+C – promoted to Associate
Steve brings a deep understanding of how buildings come together. He is a teacher in the office, enhancing our quality control processes while managing the planning, documentation and construction administration of a large range of projects from multifamily housing to retail and higher education.
