Two projects win BPA’s Preservation Achievement Award

We are excited to announce that two PCA projects have won the Boston Preservation Alliance's 2020 Preservation Achievement Award. Two very different buildings were re-imagined and updated to add life and energy to their neighborhoods.

The Revolution Hotel transforms a mid-century modern YWCA in Boston's South End into an eclectic boutique hotel, rated Boston's #1 hotel in 2019 by Conde Nast Traveler.

In the heart of Roslindale's business district, a classic 1911 MBTA Substation, vacant since 1971, is now a central social hub on the park, with Turtle Swamp Beer Garden occupying the upper level and co-working space moving into the lower level.
