Design

This 350,000 SF mixed-use retail, office and entertainment development will bring a new energy to the affluent historic community of Bedford. With high visibility from the highway and routes connecting to downtown Bedford, the complex will create a lively new destination for locals and visitors alike.

Taking advantage of opportunities to connect on and off site, a hierarchy of primary and secondary roadways provide easy vehicular access to the site and a neighboring retail and housing development. Shared and moderately parked streets in conjunction with a center green and smaller pocket parks highlight the development as a walkable, pedestrian friendly place.

The Texas developer will endeavor to bring fresh new brands to the northeast as well as local favorites. The site will also offer space for a 600-seat deluxe cinema, a 100,000 SF office building, a 150-key hotel, a 25,000 SF premium entertainment venue, as well as a variety of higher-end restaurants and retail supported by a three-story parking garage housing 700 cars, and several smaller front door parking zones accommodating an additional 500 cars.
