A 66,000 SF retail and restaurant development in the North Shore revitalizes a former landfill to create a new meeting spot for residents of Beverly.
PCA partnered with CEA Group to create a new social gathering and retail center for the town of Beverly. Formerly a landfill, the revitalized site’s restaurant and retail spaces bring energy and life to this North Shore community. The site was developed in conjunction with traffic improvements at the Brimball Avenue/Route 128 interchange, increasing accessibility to North Shore Crossing, and at the same time, reducing the effect of increased traffic on the surrounding areas.
North Shore Crossing features the first Whole Foods in the North Shore, drawing in families on errand runs who stay to shop and dine out or socialize with friends on the outdoor patio. In order to support local sustainability initiatives, electric vehicle charging stations are available for use by patrons.
