A 66,000 SF retail and restaurant development in the North Shore, the project takes the site of a former landfill and creates a welcoming environment for the residents of Beverly.
PCA has partnered with CEA Group to create a new social gathering and retail center for the town of Beverly. Formerly a landfill, the site will be home to restaurant and retail spaces that bring energy and life to this North Shore community. The site is being developed in conjunction with traffic improvements at the Brimbal Avenue/Route 128 interchange, which will increase accessibility to North Shore Crossing, and at the same time, reduce the effect that increased traffic could have on the surrounding areas.
The 66,000 SF project features the first Whole Foods in the Cape Ann area. Electric vehicle charging stations support community sustainability initiatives. Shoppers and diners will be able to run errands, then gather on the patio to chat with friends. North Shore Crossing brings fresh and sustainable features to the former landfill, giving it new life and meaning in the town of Beverly.
