14,000 SF, 349-seat eatery, restaurant, wine bar and pastry bar/café with range of seating for lunch and dinner service.
Tuscan Seaport is Tuscan Brands’ first restaurant to open within an urban mixed-use development. Located on the second floor of a sleek, glassy new building in a densely-built environment, the restaurant needed to capture the spirit of the Tuscan Kitchens brand, while fitting into a modern, urban context.
Tuscan Brands founder Joe Faro partnered again with PCA to bring the Tuscan feeling that we crafted in Burlington and Portsmouth to the Boston Seaport.
The 2-story street level lobby showcases the Tuscan Brands sun logo and the warm ambience that is found upstairs, thus giving the 2nd floor restaurant exterior street presence. Upstairs, muted, neutral tones, floor-to-ceiling windows and mahogany wood casework create a formal, elegant ambiance quiet enough for business lunch conversations, and a cozy dinner for two. The restaurant is separated into three zones: the 98 seat bar and wine café, the formal dining room which seats 215, and a private dining room for 36. Classic Tuscan Kitchen touches such as a wood-fired pizza oven and rich leather banquettes, are the focal points of the space.
At night, the restaurant becomes an inviting beacon to the seaport community, showcased as a ribbon of light on the second floor. Offering daily house-made pasta, artisanal baked goods, house-cured and dry-aged meats and over six thousand imported and domestic wines, Tuscan Seaport is positioned to be a new Boston staple.
